4). What is your return policy?
Returns or Exchange may be made within 30 days of receiving the item. A request to return or to exchange on your purchase may be made by emailing us at: [email protected]. Alternatively, you can also reach out to us by calling our Toll Free Number at: 1-855-IDS-SHOP.
Customers returning items will be given full refund for the amount of the item purchased; if items proven to be manufacturer’ defective.

5). What is the procedure for returning a purchase made on IDS ONLINE STORE?
Please follow the directions below to return an item:
1. Email us at [email protected] or Call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-855-437-7467 for a Return Authorization number.
2. Please copy your invoice for the item you are returning and return it with the item. Please retain a copy for yourself.
3. On the Outside of the package you are returning, please write the Return Authorization number that you received from our Customer Service Representative. In order for us to properly process your return, the Return Authorization number must be written on the outside of the package.
4. Send the package/item by using the prepaid US Postal Service or UPS label provided to you by our customer service team.

6). What if I live outside of US?
Please follow the directions below to return an item:

2. Please copy your invoice for the item you are returning and return it with the item. Please retain a copy for yourself.
3. On the Outside of the package you are returning, please write the Return Authorization number that you received from our Customer Service Representative. In order for us to properly process your return, the Return Authorization number must be written on the outside of the package.
