Returns or Exchange may be made within 30 days of receiving the item. A request to return or to exchange on your purchase may be made by emailing us at: [email protected]. Alternatively, you can also reach out to us by calling our Toll Free Number at: 1-855-IDS-SHOP.
Customers returning items will be given full refund for the amount of the item purchased; if items proven to be manufacturer’s defective.
Please follow the directions below to return an item:
1. Email us at [email protected] or Call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-855-437-7467 for a Return Authorization number.
2. Please copy your invoice for the item you are returning and return it with the item. Please retain a copy for yourself.
3. On the Outside of the package you are returning, please write the Return Authorization number that you received from our Customer Service Representative. In order for us to properly process your return, the Return Authorization number must be written on the outside of the package.
4. Send the package/item prepaid by the US Postal Service or UPS, which ever works best for you. Address the package to Attn: RETURNS DEPARTMENT, IDS Online Store, 3005 Hadley Road, Unit 4B, South Plainfield NJ 07080
5. All Poker Product Returns are subject to 15% Restocking Fee.
